GLENDALE, Calif. (WLNE) – The International House of Pancakes has officially announced the meaning behind the mysterious “b” it teased customers about last week.
After a week of replacing “p’s” with “b’s” in tweets and teasing followers on twitter, IHOb has officially announced the meaning of the restaurant’s new “b.”
In a tweet released this morning, the breakfast chain formerly known as “IHOp” announced their new name: the International House of Burgers (IHOb).
Dear Internet, we abbreciate your batience. Now let’s see who guessed right. B-hold!!!!! #IHOb pic.twitter.com/Fh3SkZ7s3Y

The name chain comes alongside the roll out of new steak burgers on the regular menu.
Long time lovers of IHOb’s pancakes and breakfast menu can rest assured, though, that those classic items are still on the menu.
