Improving Friday Weather into an Unsettled Weekend
High pressure keeps us dry Friday, ushering in a drying northwesterly wind. This drying process will help to slowly clear the morning cloudiness and we can look forward to increasing sunshine. Since we are starting out so mild, it won’t take a lot for temperatures to top in the mid-60s. Temperatures drop to near 40 overnight and clouds build in through Saturday morning. Saturday morning we could see an occasional shower and in the afternoon we are expecting rain to develop. Look for highs in the upper-40s. Saturday night will also include a chance of a thunderstorm. Sunday will continue the unsettled trend with a chance of showers through the day and temps rebound to 60 during the afternoon. Showers stick around through Tuesday and highs will run in the 40s, much cooler than average both Monday and Tuesday. Our next sunny day is looking to be Wednesday next week and Thursday looks sunny as well. Wednesday will be cool with highs near 50 while Thursday will be seasonable with highs near 55.
