EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Overnight structural health monitoring of the Washington Bridge wrapped up Monday morning, but lane closures will soon be back in place.

Rhode Island Department of Transportation workers will close some lanes of I-95 again at 9 tonight.

The closure will be between exit 1A and exit 1BC and I-195 west from the Potter Street overpass to the Gano Street on-ramp.

In-water demolition work also resumes this morning at 6.

Work will wrap up at 4 p.m. to avoid any disruptive noise during the evening.
