Initial renderings of multi-phase Swansea Mall redevelopment revealed

SWANSEA, MASS (WLNE) – In a Facebook post from a Swansea Selectman, Christopher Carreiro revealed the initial renderings of the redevelopment for the Swansea Mall. 

According to Carreiro, the renderings depict a transformation taking an inside mall and making it an outdoor mall with creative and adapted reuses from the former Apex location to the beginning of the former location of Macy’s. 

The pictures are conceptual renderings and may not be the final design. 

Carreiro says if anybody would like to include their business in the redevelopment to please contact James Tobin, Associate Director for Commercial Real Estate of Brady Sullivan Properties.
