Investigation concludes no operator error in fatal bus accident

An investigation into the death of a young girl after she was struck by at RIPTA bus last week has determine the bus driver was not at fault.
Providence Police say the bus driver, 42-year-old Eric C. Seaberg, was driving below the 25 MPH speed limit at the time of the accident. They say his initial toxicology results came back negative.
