PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A number of Hollywood stars joined Dan McKee and other local officials to talk about a movie that will be filming in Rhode Island soon.

Jamie Lee Curtis, Woody Harrelson, Emma Mackey, and director James. L Brooks were in the State House to talk about the film, titled “Ella McCay.”

The movie stars Mackey as the titular Ella, a young politician trying to juggle her professional and personal life.

Filming is set to begin Monday across the state, but mainly in Providence.
