Johnston fire crews work to contain apartment complex fire

JOHNSTON, R.I. (WLNE) — Crews worked to contain a fire at the Bainbridge Apartment complex on Simmonsville Avenue Monday morning.

Fire crews also ventilated some of the smoke through the roof of the apartment building.

The Red Cross was on standby at the apartment complex.
