Johnston police seek public’s help in identifying car involved in a hit-and-run

JOHNSTON, R.I. (WLNE) – The Johnston Police Department Traffic Division is asking the public for help in identifying a car that was involved in a hit-and-run that happened Tuesday morning.
The department said the pedestrian-involved hit-and-run happened around 12:45 a.m. on Putnam Pike.
Police said that vehicle parts recovered at the scene are believed to belong to a silver or champagne colored four-door Honda Accord with tinted windows.
