Justice Department launches investigation into Washington Bridge

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The United States Department of Justice is investigating the Washington Bridge and asking for the last ten years of documents related to the structure.

Rhode Island Governor Dan McKee said he had anticipated the move and is encouraging RIDOT to cooperate with the investigation.
