‘Keep moving forward’: McKee weighs in on Hasbro departure decision

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Governor Dan McKee is sharing his thoughts on the Hasbro headquarters moving from Rhode Island to Boston.

Governor McKee says he feels state and city leaders did everything they could to keep Hasbro in the Ocean State.

McKee also noted that approximately 36,000 private sector jobs have been brought into Rhode Island.

The governor also says the state will help Hasbro workers who aren’t relocating to Boston find new jobs in the state.
