Kingston man arraigned on DUI charges from fatal Plympton crash

BROCKTON, M.A. (WLNE) – A Kingston man was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after causing a fatal collision in Plympton.
On May 10, Justin D. Kilburn collided head on with and killed 52-year-old Diane Giordani of Kingston and her German Shepherd on #50 Route 106, County Rd. At the time of the crash, Kilburn had a BAC of 0.17, and was allegedly driving at a high rate of speed.
Kilburn has been charged with one count each of Motor Vehicle Manslaughter by OUI and Motor Vehicle Homicide by OUI.
Brockton Superior Court Judge Brian Davis ordered Kilburn’s bail be set at $50,000 and that he wear a GPS monitoring bracelet, while The Commonwealth requested he be held on $100,000 cash bail.
Kilburn is scheduled to reappear in court on July 17, 2018.
