Knife-wielding suspect sought in attempted robbery

New Bedford Police are looking for the suspect who tried to rob a store armed with a knife.
Around 11:15 Thursday morning police were called to a hold-up alarm at the Royal 7 Food and Deli on Summer St.
Police say the suspect walked in the store with a knife and a struggle ensued with the clerk.
During the struggle, the suspect’s mask was taken off and he took off without getting any money.
He was seen leaving on foot down Summer St. He was described as a white male in all black clothing and a black mask.
