Kylee Monteiro murder suspect Groom indicted by grand jury
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Kylee Monteiro murder suspect Gregory Groom has been indicted in the murder of the 18-year-old, according to the Bristol County District Attorney’s office.
Groom, 22, of Rehoboth, was indicted by a Bristol County Grand Jury in the murder of Monteiro.
He was also indicted for alleged witness intimidation.
Groom will be arraigned in Fall River Superior Court Tuesday.
According to police, Groom confessed to murdering Monteiro at his 107 County Street Rehoboth home on August 7.
Police said that they located her body buried on the property.
