Life in prison for man convicted of mother’s murder, dismemberment

It’s life in prison for the man who murdered and dismembered his mother back in 2013.

Robert Taylor had pleaded no contest to killing Allison Taylor.

Police say the 48-year-old killed his mother, cut her into pieces, put those pieces in trash bags and then threw the bags in a dumpster outside her home.

An autopsy revealed Allison was suffocated and suffered from blunt force injuries.

Police discovered the body after investigating a larceny complaint from a local church.
