30-year-old Evan Tucker, of Providence, and 31-year-old Sabrina Biscoglio, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, were each charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm while committing a controlled substance violation, and conspiracy.
Tucker was also charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, obstruction of a police officer, and resisting arrest.
Police said the stop occurred because the vehicle the two suspects were in was allegedly speeding.
