Justin Bieber is known for his incredible dance moves and his ability to get screaming fans jamming along with him.
12-year-old Raul Soto never thought this audition tape shot in the living room of his Central Falls home would grab the attention of “The Biebs” himself. Raul was just chosen to be a back-up dancer alongside Justin, his idol, during his “Purpose” World Tour in Boston this May.
Raul’s not worried – that’s because you could say he was born with this talent in his blood.
Just ask his dance instructor, Christine Atamian-Bairos, at Dancin’ Spirit Performing Arts in Pawtucket.
“He has a natural swag," says Atamian-Bairos, who’s been teaching Raul since he was 6 years old.
“He did a great job on his video, he not only displayed his personality, but showed that he was versatile. He not only does hip-hop… he does acrobatics and he does break dancing," she says.
Raul and his family are now waiting for a contract from the megastar to learn more of the specifics. But one thing they all know for sure is that someday Raul will be headlining a tour himself.
He actually gave the Biebs a run for his money not too long ago.
“I was at a concert and just started dancing and everyone stopped watching him to watch me!" exclaimed Raul.
