Lombardi Trophy is Back Home at Patriot’s Gillette Stadium

It was a “picture perfect” day for New England Patriot’s fans.
Hundreds lined up to see the team’s 4th Lombardi Trophy for winning the Super Bowl, posing for photos and soaking it all in.
“This one’s special, I mean the first one was great, but this one – with all the stuff that went on the last two weeks – I think this one has a special place in a lot of people’s hearts,” said Andrew Martin, a Patriot’s fan.
And with a 14 year legacy now, the Pat’s fan’s came in multiple generations.

“We had to come here for the day, especially with our grand son Jackson…
“Oh I think it’s great, this is the first time we’ve been able to see the trophy,” said Lou Normand (as his grandson kept bragging for our ABC6 microphone).

But still it’s a great thrill to stand here with the Patriot’s fourth Lombardi Trophy. (Yay!!!!)

Hundreds braved the cold to see the trophy up close, and the Patriots warmed them up with hot chocolate.
