Love helps Narragansett woman win big
NARRAGANSETT, R.I. (WLNE)- A Narragansett woman won $10,213 playing “The Numbers Game” on February 5.
The woman bought a $1 game ticket at Cumberland Farms in Narragansett.
The winning numbers, 9-1-6-8, came from a special place. She played the day and month her and her fiancé met, as well as the total number of years that they’ve been together.
Matching all four numbers in order won her $5,000. She played an extra $1 on the combo bet and that won her an additional $5,213.
She plans to use the money to take a trip with her fiancé after it becomes more safe to do so.
