MA State Police arrest a man for failing to stop

The Massachusetts State Police pursue a vehicle and arrest a man for failure to stop.
At 3:29 am Saturday morning, a Trooper from the Massachusetts State Police Department pulled up behind a vehicle in Attleboro, MA, that was stopped at the Exit 3 Northbound ramp on I-95. After seeing Law Enforcement the vehicle fled immediately.
The Trooper followed the vehicle to the Shell Gas Station on Route 123 in Attleboro where he arrested Jerry Orozco, 41, of East Boston for failure to stop for the Police Department.
Further investigation lead the Trooper to information that revealed the suspect had 3 warrants.
Along being arrested for failing to stop, he was also arrested for DUI, possession to distribute cocaine, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Orozco was taken to the Foxboro Barracks where he is being held pending arraignment at the District Court in Attleboro April 13.
