Man arrested for alleged damage of Capital Grille in Providence

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department arrested a man on Dec. 27 for allegedly causing damage to the Capital Grille.

Edward Barlog was charged with malicious damage.

Police responded to the area around 1 p.m. for a report of a male causing “significant damage” to the restaurant.

The suspect then fled towards Waterplace Park, where officers located and apprehended him.
