Man charged with break-in at Fall River studio

FALL RIVER, MASS. (WLNE)- A man has been charged with breaking and entering, after being found inside a Photography Studio last Tuesday.

On December 28, Fall River Police responded to the studio located on South Main Street.

Joseph Costa, 33, was arrested and charged with the following offenses:

  • B&E Building Daytime for a Felony
  • Possess Burglarious Instrument
  • A&B on a Police Officer
  • Resisting Arrest

Costa has been criminally charged numerous time for the same criminal activity, according to police.
