Man charged with murder after woman falls out window in Pawtucket

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Pawtucket police said Tuesday that a man was arrested and charged in connection to a domestic murder.

According to police, officers responded to an apartment at Prospect Heights on Monday for reports of a woman who reportedly fell or jumped from a second story apartment window.

The woman, identified as Patricia Fasan, 59, was taken to an area hospital in critical condition. She was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Investigators determined the circumstances of the incident were suspicious, including Fasan’s injuries.

Detectives said their suspect, identified as 63-year-old Guy Williams, was an ex-boyfriend and co-habitant with Fasan.

He was charged with domestic murder and arraigned Tuesday in Providence District Court.

Williams was held without bail, according to online court records.
