Man killed in rollover crash on I-95 in Attleboro
ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — A 69-year-old man is dead after a crash Sunday night on I-95 in Attleboro.
Massachusetts State Police said the crash happened on the southbound side of the highway near Exit 2.
The Attleboro Fire Department said crews responded around 7:30 p.m. to find a car on its side in the woods and a man trapped inside.
Firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to free James Hobbs of Dorchester and then attempted CPR.
Officials said the man was taken to Sturdy Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The crash remains under investigation by state police.
