Man shot in leg after fight in Fall River, police say
FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Fall River police said one man was shot in the leg after a fight Tuesday night.
Police said they responded to Bluffinton Street just before 7 p.m. for reports of gunshots.
When they arrived, officers found a man who suffered a gunshot wound to his leg. He was taken to St. Anne’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police said their initial investigation determined a fight broke out between two groups of people before gunshots were fired.
No further information was immediately released.
