Man shot in the arm in South Providence

Providence Police are investigating a shooting that happened Friday afternoon in South Providence.

The victim, identified as 28 year old Davis Sullivan, was shot in the arm at the corner of Broad and Stanwood Streets at 3:36 pm.

Police say Sullivan was taken to Rhode Island Hospital by a friend with non-life threatening injuries and is said to be in stable condition.

Police found shell casings on scene and are still looking for suspects.
