Man that drove snow plow that struck and killed woman arrested for driving with suspended license

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The North Providence Police Department said that the man who was driving a snow plow that struck and killed a woman in January was arrested on Oct. 22 for driving with a suspended license.

Lloyd Card was charged with driving with a suspended license, fourth offense.

Police added that he was driving the same truck that was involved in the crash that killed Maria Vega-Rivera on Jan. 16.

The truck has been towed and impounded.
