According to police, 23-year-old Raphael Caldeira, of Abington, met the two girls, ages 13 and 15, on the dating website meetme.com.
Police were tipped off when the younger girl told her parents she and Caldeira had sex.
The victims told police that Caldeira exchanged texts with them and that he sent them inappropriate photos of himself.
