Massachusetts ballot questions finalized for November

BOSTON, Mass. (WLNE) — Five statewide ballot questions have been officially certified to appear on the Massachusetts state election ballot for November 5.
The questions from Secretary of the Commonwealth William F. Galvin will appear as follows:
- Question 1: State Auditor’s Authority to Audit the Legislature
- Question 2: Elimination of MCAS as High School Graduation Requirement
- Question 3: Unionization for Transportation Network Drivers
- Question 4: Limited Legalization and Regulation of Certain Natural Psychedelic Substances
- Question 5: Minimum Wage for Tipped Workers
All Massachusetts households will receive an Information for Voters booklet in September, which will provide detailed information on each question.
