Massachusetts State Police cruiser involved in crash on Braga Bridge

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police said that a police cruiser was involved in a three car crash on the Braga Bridge Friday evening.

Police said the crash occurred around 5:15 p.m. when a car attempted to enter the middle lane to allow the cruiser to pass.

The car then struck another vehicle in the middle lane, spun out, and hit the cruiser.

The two officers in the cruiser and one of the other operators suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to the hospital.
