Massachusetts State Police to install sobriety checkpoint
BRISTOL COUNTY, (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police have announced that they will implement a “sobriety checkpoint” starting Sunday, May 12.
The purpose of the checkpoint, they said, is to educate the motoring public and strengthen the public’s awareness to the need of detecting and removing motorcyclists who operate under the influence on our roadways.
The checkpoint will operate under varied hours of the day.
