MassDOT to perform emergency repairs on Route 140 in Mansfield

MANSFIELD, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said it will be performing emergency pavement repairs on the ramp from Route 140 onto Interstate 495 northbound on Friday.

MassDOT said that the repairs will begin at 8 p.m. and that traffic will be detoured from Route 140 to I-495 southbound to exit 27, where drivers will take a left off the exit and a left back onto I-495 northbound.

Signs and police officers will be in the area to direct drivers.

Drivers should use caution and expect delays.
