Mayor Brett Smiley to reveal PVDFest details

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Mayor Brett Smiley will hold a press conference today to reveal the details of PVDFest 2024.

This year’s festival is set to return to Kennedy Plaza after the festival last year was criticized for being moved to the pedestrian bridge. 

According to a release, the festival returns Downtown this September with an exciting lineup of main stage performers and an array of highlights.

The event will happen on September 6 and 7, and is set to transform Providence into a dynamic hub, filled with creativity, community, and celebration.
