MBTA to offer special train service to see Luke Combs at Gillette Stadium

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — Transportation to see a rising country star at Gillette Stadium this summer just got a lot easier.
The MBTA will offer special event train service for the Luke Combs concert on Saturday, July 22. The service will not include the recently added Friday, July 21 show.
The round-trip service is part of a “Beautiful Crazy” summer of concerts in Foxborough, first offered for Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran.
The trains will go by the following schedule:
BOSTON
- Depart South Station: 3:35 p.m.
- Depart Back Bay: 3:40 p.m.
- Depart Dedham Corporate Center: 4 p.m.
- Arrive at Foxboro Station: 4:35 p.m.
PROVIDENCE
- Depart Providence Station: 3:25 p.m.
- Depart Pawtucket/Central Falls: 3:31 p.m.
- Depart Attleboro: 3:45 p.m.
- Depart Mansfield: 3:55 p.m.
- Arrive at Foxboro Station: 4:40 p.m.
The trains will leave the Foxboro Station 30 minutes after each concert ends.
Ticketholders for the July 21 show should keep in mind that the last regularly scheduled Foxboro Station weekday Commuter Rail train departs for Boston at 10:20 p.m.
Tickets for the special service will go on sale exclusively on the mTicket app at 11 a.m. on Friday.
Country fans are advised to double check their orders. Due to high demand, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
