BRISTOL, R.I. (WLNE) — Gov. Dan McKee and state leaders announced free cable and internet services for residents of the Rhode Island Veterans Home in Bristol on Wednesday.

The McKee Administration said residents have been getting used to FaceTime and streaming services.

As they got more comfortable, residents requested better cable and internet services.

Members of i3 Broadband helped residents of the Veterans Home enroll in the new program.
