Mews Tavern Gear and Beer 5K raises money for breast cancer

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WLNE) — The 21st annual Mews Tavern Gear and Beer 5K was run in Wakefield Sunday.

All proceeds from the event went to benefit South County Breast Cancer Awareness.

Organizers said the 5K has raised over $350,000 for local organizations over its lifetime.
