Missing Cranston man located, Silver Alert closed

CRANSTON, R.I. (WLNE) — The Silver Alert for a 76-year-old man was closed after he was reported missing and believed to be endangered.

Cranston police said 76-year-old Manuel Pais was found “safe” Monday night.

Just before 8 p.m., a Silver Alert was issued for Pais, who was last seen in the Garden City area of Cranston.

Just after 9:30 p.m., the Silver Alert was cancelled.
