Moped driver seriously injured after crash in Bourne

BOURNE, Mass. (WLNE) — The Bourne Police Department said a moped driver suffered serious injuries after a crash on Sunday.

The crash occurred on Shore Road at Bell Road.

Police said a moped and an SUV collided, and the moped driver was transported to a trauma center.

The road was closed for a time to allow an investigation into the crash.
