More sunshine, less wind for Thursday

Our peak wind gusts before sunrise on Thursday morning were in the 50s! Now, however, the wind is dying down and we catch a bit of a break for Thursday. It’ll still be a breezy day with gusts in the 20s at times. Otherwise, it’ll be mostly sunny and cool, with highs in the low 50s.
Between the cooler air and the lack of nighttime cloud cover, temperatures take a dive into the upper 20s/low 30s overnight! That said, after starting Friday on the cooler side, highs midday will be in the low to mid 50s– not too bad for this time of year. Clouds will increase throughout our Friday ahead of our next round of rain. That won’t arrive until close to midnight, with showers lingering early Saturday morning.
By late morning, the rain will clear, and even the clouds start to clear as well. The rest of the day will be mild and somewhat sunny with highs in the low 60s. Sunday is the inverse of Saturday, with sunshine to start, but more clouds and eventually some showers returning by the evening. Highs will be in the upper 50s on Sunday.
