Hazy with chance of showers and storms

Humidity is on th

e rise promising to stick around for the next few days.  A quiet morning with hazy sunshine will lead to increasing clouds and scattered showers and thunderstorms this afternoon.  Some of these storms will be capable of producing heavy downpours and hail.  This instability is expected to weaken by sunset.  Overnight we’ll see patchy fog that may extend to early Friday morning which will feature temperatures around seasonable.  The weekend looks quiet for now with some sunshine, specially to start.  Clouds will increase on Sunday as a system approaches from the West.  Meanwhile at the coast, beach goers be aware for dangerous rip currents and high surf due to distant passing Hurricane Ernesto.  Unsettled conditions along the coast will begin as early as Saturday.  We may have to endure widespread rain as of Sunday night into Monday night.  Tuesday  will be less humid with temperatures in the mid 70s with gradual improvement and some sunshine.  Middle of the week looks superb with plenty of sunshine.
