Motorcyclist suffers life-threatening injuries on I-495

MANSFIELD, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police said a motorcycle accident occurred on Interstate 495 near the Mansfield/Norton line Friday night.

The motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries.

Police closed part of the roadway but one lane was open as of 10:45 p.m.

ABC 6 News crews on scene saw multiple emergency vehicles as well as a car being towed away from the scene.
