Moving truck collides with gas pump in Providence

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A truck drove into a gas pump in Providence Sunday afternoon.

The truck collided with the pump at Thurbers Ave Gas on Thurbers Avenue just before 2 p.m.

Investigators said that no one was hurt, but the pump needed to be shut off.

Towing crews were able to dislodge the truck from the pump safely.
