MARION, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police said seven people were arrested in connection to a narcotics operation in Marion.

MSP said investigators observed a fentanyl transaction on Sept. 8 and arrested the alleged dealer and customer.

During the arrest, police said officers seized a “large quantity of fentanyl” and identified a residence-of-interest in Marion.

Outside the residence on Point Road, police arrested a third man on two active felony warrants “related to a violent armed home invasion in Wareham” and a woman who was allegedly in possession of crack cocaine, according to MSP.

After executing a search warrant for the home, police said they allegedly seized about 32 grams of fentanyl, 840 grams of cocaine, oxycodone pills, psilocybin mushrooms, a large sum of cash, and “other evidence consistent with drug distribution.”

After the search, police said the suspected dealer’s two brothers arrived at the home and were arrested in connection to the investigation.

The seventh suspect, a suspected customer, was arrested for operating under the influence and failure to stop after they initially arrived at the residence and fled the scene.

Police arrested and charged the following suspects:

  • 35-year-old Spencer Mello, the suspected dealer, will be charged with trafficking, distributing, possession, and conspiracy to violate controlled substance act.
  • 33-year-old Niles Mello will be charged with narcotics offenses and conspiracy to violate controlled substance act.
  • 27-year-old Travis Mello will be charged with narcotics offenses and conspiracy to violate controlled substance act.
  • 18-year-old Jaden Pabon will “answer to home invasion, armed assault, and other violent crimes which were the subjects of his outstanding warrants,” MSP said.
  • 36-year-old Jamiee Morris will be charged with possession of a class B substance (subsequent offense) and conspiracy to violate controlled substance act.
  • 25-year-old Alexander Ard will be charged with possession of a class A substance.
  • 36-year-old Geoffrey Evans will be charged with OUI and failure to stop for police.

All seven suspects will be arraigned at Wareham District Court.
