Mugginess returns by Midweek

Haziness fills the skies this evening over Southern New England from distant Canadian wildfire smoke. It will make for a vibrant sunset tonight. Overnight tonight we hang onto the haze as could build in. There is even a chance of showers with lows dropping to 56. Monday will have a chance of rain showers through the morning with otherwise mostly cloudy skies and highs near 70. Tuesday will be the rainy with a return to mugginess and highs in the lower-70s. Rain may be heavy at times leading to pockets of street flooding. There is also a chance of thunderstorms Tuesday with heavy rainfall being the biggest impact. We clear the rain Tuesday night and the mugginess too as we make way for sunshine Wednesday. Wednesday looks sunny and warmer with highs in the lower-80s. Thursday will keep the sunshine through the day and it will be even warmer with highs closer to 85. Friday brings the clouds back but it should remain dry. Friday will top near 79.  Saturday and Sunday are both looking mostly cloudy with a 30% chance of showers each day.
