Multi-vehicle crash causes major delays on Interstate 95 south

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A multi-vehicle crash caused major delays on Interstate 95 South Wednesday morning.

The Rhode Island Department of Transportation said that the crash happened just before 8 a.m. by Exit 23.

Traffic was backed up, making the drive from Route 114 to the scene of the crash 33 minutes.
