Multiple roads closed in Coventry due to severe weather
COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) — The Coventry Police Department said that several roads in the town were closed due to severe weather Thursday night.
The following roads had closures due to downed trees and power lines:
- Pilgrim Ave at Princeton Lane is closed
- Nooseneck Hill Road westbound near Leisure Way had lanes blocked
- Highland and Harris Avenue were blocked
- Flat River Rd had one lane blocked
- Harkney Hill Road had one lane blocked
The department said that drivers should use caution due to obstructions on many roads.
