Multi-vehicle accident critically injures 3 on route 24

BROCKTON, MASS (WLNE) – Three people were critically injured after a multi-vehicle crash happened overnight. 

According to police, the accident occurred on Route 24 south and involved 7 vehicles, sending 3 people to Boston area hospitals with serious injuries. 

Part of the roadway was temporarily closed due to the accident. 

Police say no charges have been filed at this time and the cause is currently under investigation.
