N. Providence police: Providence man arrested after firearm discovered in car door pocket

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A Providence man was arrested Saturday for alleged possession of a firearm without a license.

Kindill Miller, 32, was pulled over on Mineral Spring Avenue for allegedly driving without a license plate affixed to his vehicle.

Miller was found to be driving an unregistered vehicle, according to North Providence police.

During the inventory search of the car, police said that officers found a 9mm hand gun with a fully loaded 10-round magazine inside the driver’s side door pocket.
