Narragansett police investigate vandalism of church statue

NARRAGANSETT, R.I. (WLNE)- The Narragansett Police Department has asked the public for help in their investigation into the vandalism of a Jesus statue.

Police said the marble statue of Jesus outside of St. Thomas Moore on Rockland Street was vandalized. They believe the damage happened overnight Saturday into Sunday.
