Neronha, local PD chiefs to announce results in pair of decades-old homicide cold cases
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Rhode Island Attorney General Peter F. Neronha will announce results in the investigation and closure of two decades-old cold case homicides Wednesday in Providence.
According to Neronha’s office, the AG will be joined by Narragansett Police Chief Kyle Rekas and North Providence Police Chief Alfredo Ruggiero, Jr. for the announcement.
The Rhode Island Attorney General Cold Case Unit and family members of victims will also be in attendance.
The announcement will be made from the AG’s office on South Main Street at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
