New Bedford Clasky Common tree lighting cancelled

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — The City of New Bedford announced that the annual tree lighting at Clasky Common planned for Sunday has been cancelled.

The city said the cancellation is due to expected winds and rain.

The city said that Saturday night’s downtown tree lighting is still planned to happen.
